HOT JOB: Outside Sales Representative
Location: Oklahoma (Field-Based, 100% Outside Sales)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Base Salary $45,000–$60,000 + Uncapped Commission

About the Role
As a B2B Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for driving new business across small-to-medium-sized organizations in diverse industries. This is a door-to-door sales role with no inbound leads or preset appointments—you own the process from prospecting to closing.
You’ll walk into businesses unannounced, build instant rapport, uncover pain points, and deliver solutions that make a real impact. Success here means resilience, discipline, and the ability to turn rejection into opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold canvass daily, knocking on 50–80 business doors per day
- Qualify prospects quickly using BANT methodology (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
- Deliver compelling presentations and demos using tablets, collateral, or live product demonstrations
- Close deals in a single call whenever possible—secure contracts and signatures on-site
- Manage your pipeline in ConnectWise CRM: log interactions, schedule follow-ups, and nurture opportunities
- Consistently hit quotas for meetings booked, demos delivered, and revenue closed
- Overcome objections with proven rebuttals and persistence
- Build micro-relationships that lead to referrals and long-term accounts
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (door-to-door strongly preferred)
- Proven track record in a pure hunter role (no inbound leads provided)
- Comfort with 90%+ rejection rate and high-volume cold calling/walking
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills—can grab attention in 30 seconds
- Self-starter with reliable transportation; ability to walk long distances daily
- Valid driver’s license and clean background check

- Previous success in copier, payroll, merchant services, telecom, or similar hunter sales roles
- Thrives in unstructured environments; independent and disciplined
- Competitive athlete or military background a plus (resilience and discipline)
- Resides within 30 minutes of the sales territory
