Position Details: Location: Tulsa, OK (Onsite) Type: 6-month Contract to Hire 💸 Pay Rate: $22 – $27 per hour
Key Responsibilities: Provide Level II-III technical support to clients, resolving complex IT issues efficiently. Manage and prioritize multiple support tickets to ensure timely resolution. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their IT needs. Assist clients with IT operations, including system maintenance and troubleshooting. Maintain detailed documentation of support activities and solutions. Collaborate with team members to deliver comprehensive IT support services.
Qualifications: Previous MSP experience is preferred. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong commitment to customer service and client relationships.

Project Manager/Coordinator
Job Title: Project Manager/Coordinator Location: Tulsa, OK (On-site or Hybrid) Duration: 6-12 Month Contract
About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager/Coordinator to oversee and support the successful execution of a critical 6-12 month project. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, technical aptitude, and a collaborative mindset to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Key Responsibilities
The Project Manager/Coordinator will plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. They will develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and progress reports to ensure alignment with goals and timelines. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables will be central to this role. They will identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle. Resource allocation will be managed to optimize team efficiency and productivity. The candidate will facilitate project meetings, including status updates, issue resolution, and performance tracking. Compliance with project standards and documentation requirements will be ensured. Monitoring project budgets and adherence to financial parameters are also key responsibilities.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and 3-5 years of experience in project management or coordination roles, preferably in IT, engineering, or technical environments. Proficiency in project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira, is required. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is critical. PMP or similar certification is a plus but not mandatory.
